(http://www.onelist.com), the leading provider of free e-mail list and group communication technologies for average users of the Internet, today announced the appointment of two new senior executives to drive and manage the company's explosive growth. Craig Knoche joins ONElist as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Duane Henderson becomes the company's Vice President of Finance and Administration. Knoche, formerly head of R. B. Webber and Company's Internet practice, will be responsible for driving ONElist's strategic partnerships, while Henderson, formerly Chief Financial Officer of New Moon Software, will be responsible for all of the company's financial and administration functions.

An Internet industry veteran, Knoche joins ONElist from R.B. Webber & Company, a Silicon Valley high technology strategic consulting firm, where he was in charge of R. B. Webber's Internet and Entertainment practices. While at R. B. Webber, he directed client assignments for industry leaders including, Compaq Computer, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Walt Disney, Silicon Graphics, and Interval Research. Knoche also was CEO of Walkabout Software, a developer of Web multimedia technologies which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 1997.

Henderson comes to ONElist as a proven start-up specialist, with 10 years of financial experience in managing young, high-growth Silicon Valley software companies. At New Moon, Henderson held the position of CFO and Vice President of Finance and Administration, and was responsible for all financial planning, accounting, cash management, information systems, legal, human resources and office administration functions. Prior to New Moon, Henderson held senior financial positions at Avistar Systems, Diba Inc., and Integretel Inc.
